Tapes

As a rule, single layer types of bands in basic weaves – plain, twill, rib, sateen weaves. They use to be one-coloured or colour-woven of coloured yarns.

They are produced in a large number of widths and thicknesses, of the most varied materials and their combinations – cotton, linen, jute, polyamide, polypropylene, polyester, reflex tapes, special fibres with a low value of IR reflection and other special fibres Nomex^®, Trevira^®...

The following finishes can be applied: fire retardant, water repellent, soil repellent, antibacterial, mildew proof, non-abrasive etc.

We are able to print the tapes not with customers' logos only, but with camouflage patterns as well, suitable for any army (including the values of IR reflection).

They can be employed as garment and underwear welts, shoe welts, waist bands, tag bands, protecting bands, hat bands, carpet joint tapes, twill tapes (twilled ribbons, bands), mattress welts etc.

Apart of the tapes production, we also produce composite narrow fabrics. These are mainly products made of glass fibers, carbon fibers and aramid fibers (Twaron^® and Trevira^®) and possibly also their combinations, from which extremely light and strong parts for aircraft and missile constructions are produced. Composites are also used in large quantities in the automotive industry, in the armed forces (bulletproof vests) and in sports (bicycles, hockey sticks, safety helmets, canoes, ...).

The minimum quantity for commissioning is 2,000 m from the width, color and design. For higher orders, we are able to provide volume discounts.
