Do you keep any items in stock?

We keep a permanent amount of our basic products in stock – ribbons, webbing, hook and loop fasteners, jacquard ribbons with decorative motifs, woven labels, adjusting ribbons, curtain bands, insulating tapes, flat and dress ribbons, etc.

How do you create a price quote and how long is it valid?

Prices of all items are based on a particular customer´s order or inquiry. It is based on the actual prices of the items we offer. The offer is usually valid for 6 months. All prices depend on quantity ordered and agreed payment terms.

Are you able to supply goods in colours according to your customer´s samples?

We have our own dye and finishing house. A product’s colour is made according to our customer´s wishes. The minimum quantity order is 3,000 metres if we supply goods in colours that are not in our standard shade card.

What is a minimum order quantity?

A minimum order quantity depends on theparticular product, but it is usually 2,000 m. Additional fees are charged for smaller quantities.

What are your delivery times?

We usually deliver orders within 1 month. Delivery times can be changed because of capacity limits, as in the case of bigger orders. Jacquard ribbons are delivered within 4 – 5 months, due to their complex production requirements.

How do you supply your customers with their goods?

We organise transport according to our customers´ wishes. We usually use forwarding agencies.Customers can also collect the order directly from our company.

Do you develop new products by yourselves?

In connection with the ISO 9001 norm, we also develop new products by ourselves, mainly in the category of technical fabrics. Of course, we are able to develop new items together with our customers and according to conditions given by the production order. Does the colour of a product change its price?

Of course, the price of each product is influenced by its colour. In fact, we can estimate the price as follows (from the cheapest to the most expensive): natural, dyed (does not matter whether black, white, green, etc.) and shiny colours. The final price also depends on the customer´s request for the final finish of the product – stiffening, fixation, waterproof finish, flame retardation, etc.

Do you issue certificates with your products?

Yes, we issue certificates when our customers request them. The certificates apply to the construction and technical parameters of the product.

Do you issue health and ecology certificates with your products?

Yes, we issue these certificates when our customers request them.

Do you have a standard shade card?

Yes, we have our own shade card of each of our product groups. Those shade cards were created in virtue of PANTONE shade card. Of course we can also dye our products according to a sample supplied by our customer.

Do you have a representative abroad?

No, we do not have any representatives abroad. In accordance with our business policy we cooperate only with contractual representatives, at present in the following countries: Austria, Spain, Switzerland, Germany.

Is it possible to meet you at a fair abroad?

Yes, we regularly visit Heimtextil (Frankfurt/ Main – Germany), ISPO (Münich – Germany), Premiere Vision (Paris – France), Munich Fabric Start (Munich – Germany) and many others.
